Brett‌ ‌has‌ ‌been‌ ‌practicing‌ ‌law‌ ‌in‌ ‌East‌ ‌Tennessee‌ ‌and‌ ‌the‌ ‌Southeast‌ ‌region‌ ‌since‌ ‌2011.‌ Brett‌ ‌is‌ ‌able‌ ‌to‌ ‌advise‌ ‌clients‌ ‌ranging‌ ‌in‌ ‌size‌ ‌from‌ ‌large,‌ ‌national‌ ‌corporations‌ ‌to‌ ‌small‌ ‌sole‌ ‌proprietorships‌ ‌and‌ ‌partnerships.‌  ‌Brett‌ ‌has‌ ‌significant‌ ‌experience‌ ‌and‌ ‌expertise‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌areas‌ ‌of‌ ‌real estate law and transactions, corporate‌ ‌and‌ ‌commercial‌ ‌law,‌ ‌business law,‌ ‌and‌ ‌estate‌ ‌planning.‌  ‌

He‌ ‌graduated‌ ‌magna‌ ‌cum‌ ‌laude‌ ‌from‌ ‌the‌ ‌University‌ ‌of‌ ‌Tennessee‌ ‌in‌ ‌2008‌ ‌with‌ ‌a‌ ‌degree‌ ‌in‌ ‌business‌ ‌and‌ ‌economics.‌  ‌He‌ ‌received‌ ‌his‌ law‌ ‌degree‌ ‌from‌ ‌the‌ ‌Wake‌ ‌Forest‌ ‌University‌ ‌School‌ ‌of‌ ‌Law‌ ‌in‌ ‌2011,‌ ‌where‌ ‌he‌ ‌served‌ ‌as‌ ‌an‌ ‌Articles‌ ‌Editor‌ ‌on‌ ‌the‌ ‌Wake‌ Forest‌ ‌Law‌ ‌Review.‌  ‌Brett‌ ‌is‌ ‌licensed‌ ‌to‌ ‌practice‌ ‌law‌ ‌in‌ ‌Tennessee‌ ‌and‌ ‌West‌ ‌Virginia.‌ ‌ ‌
 

Brett‌ ‌resides‌ ‌in‌ ‌Johnson‌ ‌City‌ ‌with‌ ‌his‌ ‌three‌ ‌children. He attends Grace Fellowship Church and as many Tennessee games as possible.
